Every Casanooks piece is made to order, with care and detail — just for you. Because of this, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or ordering mistakes. Please choose thoughtfully, and if you’re unsure, reach out before you order. We’re always happy to guide you.
Surface Suitability
Our decals and wallpapers are designed for smooth, prepared walls. We can’t offer refunds if products are applied to unsuitable surfaces, including:

Freshly painted walls (wait at least 30 days)

Textured or uneven walls

Damaged, flaking, or unsealed paint (no primer used)
These are not faults of the product. It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure surfaces are suitable before application. Our full installation and removal guide is available on our website.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packing every order, but if yours arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details.
Where approved, we’ll happily provide:

Return Conditions
If your return is authorised, please note:

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging

Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty)

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing has started, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will always be processed back to the original payment method used. We don’t issue cash refunds for online orders.
