We keep it simple and flexible. You can pay using:

2. Production Times
Every Casanooks decal is made to order, with care.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

During busy times (like new launches or sales), it may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated.

4. Duties & Import Fees
Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid fees, a 100% cancellation fee applies and any return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
5. Product Details

Printed on premium polyester fabric with non-toxic, water-based adhesive.

Designed to be removable and reusable (keep the backing sheet for reuse).
6. Installation & Surface Suitability
Casanooks decals are created for smooth, properly prepared interior walls.

Wait at least 4 weeks before applying to freshly painted walls.

Surfaces must be clean, dry, sealed with primer, and painted with quality paint.

Not suitable for: textured walls, raw brick, rough finishes, or deteriorating paint.
It’s your responsibility to confirm suitability. We recommend ordering a sample first.
7. Removal Instructions
Our decals are removable — but results depend on wall condition and paint quality.

Peel slowly at a low angle.

For stubborn areas, warm gently with a hairdryer.
Casanooks cannot be held responsible for damage caused by removal, especially on unsealed, fragile, or uncured surfaces.
8. Colour & Lighting Disclaimer
Colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings, or personal perception.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders: contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is confirmed faulty).

11. Customer Content Use
We love seeing your spaces! By sharing photos, videos, or reviews with us, you grant Casanooks a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use them for marketing (social media, website, emails, ads, etc.).

12. Intellectual Property
All Casanooks designs, images, text, and content are our property. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

Casanooks is not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces, or removal on fragile walls
