Welcome to Casanooks. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Casanooks. By visiting our website, browsing our store, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to sell our products to you. Any purchases you make are directly with Casanooks.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

By using our Services, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your area or have permission from a guardian.
You agree that all information you provide (payment, shipping, billing) is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share or transfer it.

3. Payment Options

We offer flexible payment methods:

Credit card (securely via Shopify)
PayPal
Afterpay & Zip (four equal fortnightly payments, no fees if paid on time)

4. Production Times

All Casanooks decals are made to order.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Thursday).
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
If you need your order urgently, contact us at hello@casanooks.com before purchasing.

5. Shipping

Shipping details, rates, and timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

6. Duties & Import Fees

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
These are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels returned due to unpaid duties may incur a 100% cancellation fee and return-shipping deductions.

7. Product Details

Our decals are printed on premium polyester fabric with non-toxic, water-based adhesive.
They are removable and reusable when applied and stored correctly (keep your backing sheet).

8. Installation & Surface Suitability

Casanooks decals are designed for smooth, properly prepared interior walls.

Requirements:

Paint must cure for at least 4 weeks before application
Walls must be clean, dry, primed, and painted with quality paint
Not suitable for: textured walls, raw brick, rough surfaces, powdery or deteriorating paint

Surface suitability is your responsibility. We recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full-size decals.

9. Removal Instructions

Our decals are removable, but results vary based on paint and wall condition.
Remove slowly at a low angle. Warm stubborn spots with a hairdryer.
We are not responsible for damage caused by removal on fragile, unsealed, or unsuitable surfaces.

10. Colour Disclaimer

Colour variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Such differences do not qualify as faults.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.

12. Sales & Promotions

Only one discount code can be used per order.
Promotions may change or end without notice.

13. Customer Content Use

If you share photos, videos, or reviews with us, you grant Casanooks a royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing purposes (social media, website, emails, ads, etc.).
You confirm you own the content and have permission from anyone appearing in it.
You can opt out anytime by emailing hello@casanooks.com.

14. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, product names, images, and website content belong to Casanooks.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our intellectual property without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casanooks is not responsible for:

Shipping delays
Indirect or consequential loss
Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces, or decal removal
Variations in colour caused by screens or lighting

Products and Services are provided “as is”, without warranties unless required by law.

16. Errors & Inaccuracies

Occasionally our website may contain errors relating to pricing, descriptions, promotions, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct, update, or cancel orders affected by such errors without prior notice.

17. Feedback & Reviews

By submitting any feedback or reviews, you grant us a licence to use them for improvement and marketing.
You confirm you own the rights to the content you submit.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Services to:

Violate laws
Harass or harm any person
Distribute malware
Impersonate others
Scrape or misuse website data
Engage in fraudulent or misleading conduct

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time.
Sections related to intellectual property, liability, governing law, and other rights survive termination.
